EDITORIAL METHODOLOGY

How we research software

Our goal is to make every profile useful, current and easy to verify.

1. Start with official sources

We use vendor websites, pricing pages, product documentation and official app listings as primary sources. We distinguish published facts from our practical interpretation.

2. Check the buying essentials

Each review considers pricing structure, free plans and trials, scheduling, dispatch, quoting, invoicing, customer management, mobile access, integrations and likely business fit.

3. Record verification dates

Profiles show when their core information was last checked. Software pricing and features change, so readers should confirm important details on the linked official pages before purchasing.

4. Explain limitations

We include points to check, such as per-user charges, plan restrictions, add-ons, device requirements and features that may be unavailable in some regions.

5. Separate editorial and revenue

Advertising and affiliate programmes do not determine rankings or conclusions. Sponsored placements and commission-bearing links are clearly labelled.

Corrections policy

Readers and vendors can submit evidence-backed corrections through our contact page. We verify material changes before updating a profile.
